How It Works

Step 1: Make an Online Booking

Coordinate with all parties to agree on a suitable date, then submit your booking request through our online platform. This secures your mediation session on a tentative basis.

Step 2: Client Signs the Agreement to Mediation

Once your booking is submitted, the date will be held tentatively for 48 hours. During this period, please share the provided link with your client so they can review and sign the Information and Agreement to Mediation Form using any device.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation Documents

After the form is signed, you will receive an official confirmation email. This package includes the mediation invoice, detailed cost disclosure, and any relevant information about the venue (or online session details), ensuring you have everything you need for a smooth mediation process.
